Ethan serves as the People Operations Manager for Geno.Me. His primary focus is on workplace experience and business continuity, but with a background in finance, he also assists in the development and management of Geno.Me’s financial and business modeling. Ethan graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and then proceeded to obtain his Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst University. He holds roughly 7 years' experience in organizational development from a people and culture perspective.
Since the inception of Geno.Me, Ethan has felt particularly motivated by the opportunity to increase transparency and overall effectiveness of healthcare processes and procedures. After undergoing a minor knee procedure several years back, Ethan first-handedly witnessed the lack of communication between hospitals, as well as the inefficiencies that existed in invoicing during the handoff between insurers and healthcare providers. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys golfing, pickle balling, doing some creative writing, and supporting his alma mater, the University of Kentucky’s Wildcats!
